Fluke TiS75+ Thermal Camera
The Fluke TiS75+ Thermal Camera is an impressive, intuitive instrument loaded with every advanced feature needed to ensure you stay ahead of any potential issues when troubleshooting via thermography. Combining a suite of formidable specifications with simplified image organisation and inspection routines, the TiS75+ clearly prioritises proactive maintenance. This Fluke thermal camera boasts an infrared resolution of 384 x 288 (110,592 pixels), accuracy of ±2 °C or 2%, IFOV of 1.91 mRad and a field of view of 42° x 30°. Rugged, reliable and accurate, it has a thermal sensitivity of 40mk and a temperature measurement rage of -20 °C to 550 °C. Advanced Features
Context is crucial in thermography and what Fluke has created with the TiS75+ Thermal Imaging Camera is a tool which can seamlessly produce clear images, whilst still complete with a vital level of detail. To guarantee locating precise issues is incredibly easy, the built-in Fluke IR-Fusion technology combines infrared images with visual light images, blending one picture with the other anywhere from 0 to 100%. On-screen emissivity correction and centre spot temperature are available, as are 6 separate colour palettes, multiple language options, a picture-in-picture mode (PIP) and 5mp digital camera. Two minimum focus distances are provided with the TiS75+, 0.15 m when using manual focus and 0.5 m when using the focus marker. 5 user-definable spot markers and 5 user defined measurement boxes with movable size & position are featured, as is a handy dew-point calculation option.
The Fluke TiS75+ Thermal Camera is designed for portable, handheld usage even in the toughest of on-site environments. With wireless connectivity incorporated as standard, an internal memory can store up to 500 images whilst a 4GB SD card can be added to save over 1000 more. Image file formats can be either non-radiometric BMP, JPEG, or fully-radiometric is2. As opposed to the Fluke TiS55+, the TiS75+ model is also capable of IS3 & AVI video recording and data streaming. The 3.5″ 640 x 480 landscape touchscreen LCD display is protected by a hard-wearing outer-casing, drop tested to 2m and rated IP54 against water or dust. Powered by a rechargeable battery, the Fluke TiS55+ is covered by a two year warranty as standard.
Voice Annotation & IR-PhotoNotes
Notably, the Fluke TiS75+ is further furnished with systems equivalent to that of a built-in personal assistant. For example all necessary data can be automatically stored within the image itself, negating the need for engineers to remember exactly what they saw and where it was. Up to 60 seconds of voice annotations can be recorded via the Bluetooth Audio Headset Profile (HSP) connection to an external device. This allows the user to identify exactly what they see, in real time. Meanwhile thanks to IR-PhotoNotes, take photos of asset numbers or other identifiers and use them as a reference when looking at the thermal image on your computer. Operators can type in their notes using the featured on-screen keyboard.
Fluke Connect Software and Asset Tagging
Fluke have created the ultimate solution for quickly sorting and storing images captured with the TiS75+ Thermal Imaging Camera. With Fluke Connect Asset Tagging, scan a QR code on the object in question and all subsequent images will be automatically sorted and organised via this software. Eliminating the need to drag and drop images, there is no longer any requirement to spend an age renaming files or searching for individual pictures one at a time.
Thanks to Fluke Connect Desktop Software, thermal images captured by the Fluke TiS75+ Camera can be incorporated into professional reports in a matter of mere moments. Through this intuitive software, users can edit & optimise captured pictures, access thermal images from cloud storage and even search through logged evidence by asset, severity or title. Export numerous file formats with Fluke Connect software such as is3, is2, BMP, GIF, JPEG, PNG and TIFF.
Fluke TiS55+ or TiS75+ Comparison
While the Fluke TiS55+ is an impressive thermal camera, there are several notable advantages in upgrading to the superior TiS75+. With a boosted Field of View and Infrared Resolution, the TiS75+ provides enhanced thermal images with even finer detail visible.
