Fluke TiS20+ Thermal Imaging Camera
The Fluke TiS20+ Thermal Imaging Camera is specifically designed to make an engineer’s job quicker and easier. Putting the power of thermal imaging directly in the palm of your hand, this camera is suitable for inspecting ventilation systems, finding uneven loads on a switchgear or a multitude of other tough applications. Rapidly detect issues thanks to a 120 x 90 infrared resolution, 50° x 38° Field of View (FOV), minimum focus distance of 50cm (20 inches) and an IFOV (spatial resolution) of 7.6 mRad. With wireless connectivity built-in, this is the right tool for maintenance technicians, commercial electricians and HVAC/R technicians.
Advanced Features
In thermography, context is crucial. What Fluke provides with the TiS20+ Thermal Imaging Camera can seamlessly produce clear images, complete with a vital level of detail. Fluke IR-Fusion combines infrared images with visual light, overlaying one picture above the other to ensure spotting the precise location of any issue is incredibly simple. In addition, on-screen emissivity correction and on-screen reflected background temperature compensation are included as are hot, cold & centre spot markers. With a fixed focus system, the TiS20+ and TiS20+ MAX not only help you detect problems quickly but also expertly display to the customer what is happening and where.
The 3.5″ LCD colour touchscreen of the Fluke TiS20+ features a display resolution of 320 x 240 (76,800 pixels) and thermal sensitivity (NETD) of 60 mK. An internal 4GB memory can store and export both non-radiometric (JPEG) and fully radiometric (.is2) images with no analysis software needed for JPEG files. A built-in slot offers the option of introducing a micro SD card to the thermal imaging camera, creating an additional 32GB of storage.
When inspecting systems with the Fluke TiS20+ Thermal Imaging Camera, there is no need to carry extra batteries or a charger with you. Both units boast an impressive battery life of over 16 hours and are purpose built for rugged, harsh on-site environments. Drop tested up to 2 meters, these instruments are rated IP54 for protection against water & dust ingress. Covered by a two year warranty as standard, the Fluke TiS20+ also support up to 18 different language options.
Fluke Connect Software and Asset Tagging
Fluke have created the ultimate solution for quickly sorting and storing images captured with the TiS20+ Thermal Imaging Camera. With Fluke Connect Asset Tagging, scan a QR code on the object in question and all subsequent images will be automatically sorted and organised via this software. Eliminating the need to drag and drop images, there is no longer any requirement to spend an age renaming files or searching for individual pictures one at a time.
Thanks to Fluke Connect Desktop Software, thermal images captured by the Fluke TiS20+ or TiS20+ MAX Camera can be incorporated into professional reports in a matter of mere moments. Through this intuitive software, users can edit & optimise captured pictures, access thermal images from cloud storage and even search through logged evidence by asset, severity or title.
