Hikmicro M20 Thermal Imaging Camera
The Hikmicro M20 Thermal Imaging Camera is a handheld thermal camera designed for use in professional inspection for identifying potential fault and temperature measurement The 192 x 144 (27,648 pixel) camera has a measurement range of -20ºC to 550ºC with an accuracy of ± 2°C/3.6°F, ± 2%), for ambient temperature 15°C to 35°C (59°F to 95°F) and object temperature above 0°C (32°F). The M20 has a thermal sensitivity of < 40 mK (@ 25°C, F# = 1.0) and a field of view of 25°× 18.8°
The M20 boasts a 3.5 inch LCD touchscreen with a 640 x 480 resolution, together with the highly sensitive thermal Vox detector, provides clear images and videos even when panning across scenes or viewing moving targets can be produced. The manual focus and 25Hz image frequency, allows for objects to be be viewed as close as 0.5m and the integrated laser allows for objects further away to be measured accurately. The M20 allows the operator to narrow the span with one tap of the touchscreen, allowing for an improved image contrast with potential problems highlighted.
The Hikmicro M20 is powered by a rechargeable Li-ion battery with up to 6 hours of use when fully charged. The two supplied batteries are interchangeable allowing for a full days use in the field. Each image or video allows for text (up to 200 characters) or audio annotations to be added helping improve efficiency and productivity. The Hikmicro is a rugged and durable thermal imager with an IP54 protection rating offering protection from water and dust ingress. Drop tested from 2m, the M20 is suitable for industrial use in challenging environments. Th M20 has a removable 16GB MicroSD Card providing storage for up to 60,000 images or 15 hours of MP4 videos. Each image or video allows for text (up to 200 characters) or audio annotations to be added helping improve efficiency and productivity.
The M20 allows the operator to choose between five image modes: Thermal/Visual/Fusion/PIP/Blending for their preferred mode and the option to choose from seven Colour Palettes: White Hot, Black Hot, Rainbow, Ironbow, Red Hot, Fusion, Rain, Blue Red.
Hikmicro Viewer App and Software Analyser
The Hickmro M20 is compatible with the Hikmicro Viewer App and Software Analyser. Using the App allows the operator to use their smart device as a second screen, allowing for remote measurements to be taken. Using the App images and videos can be analysed and shared. The Analyser software can be used to generate reports in real time for colleagues or customers.
