Hikmicro M11 Thermal Imaging Camera
The Hikmicro M11 Thermal Imaging Camera is a rugged and durable thermal image camera capable of producing images in videos in a number of industrial environments. With a IR resolution of 192 x 144 (27,144 pixels) and a temperature measurement range of -20 to 550ºC and an accuracy of ± 2°C/3.6°F, ± 2%. A 3.5 inch LED touch screen shows clear measurement results with the 1-Tap level and span allowing users to quickly highlight an area of interest by narrowing the span with one tap of the screen, providing an improved image contrast and highlight any potential issues.
The manual focus of the M11 shows targets as close as 0.1m (0.33ft) whilst still capturing a sharp image and accurate results from further away. Operator defined image modes Thermal/Visual/Fusion/PIP/Blending allow for the users preferred mode to be selected. The accuracy of images can be improved by using the incorporated Class II laser, using the laser allows the operator to determine the centre point of a chosen target. The 25Hz frequency provides a smooth image should the user pan across a scene or measuring a moving target.
The M11 has a thermal sensitivity of < 40 mK (@ 25°C, F# = 1.0) and a field of view of 18.8° × 14.1°.
The M11 has a removable 16GB MicroSD card providing storage for up to 60,000 images or 10 hours of MP4 video. A 200 character text annotation or uo to 60 seconds of voice notes can be added to Each image and video providing further information of a chosen target.
Rugged and durable the M11 boasts a IP54 safety rating protecting the camera from water and dust ingress. A 2m drop protection further protects the camera making the Hikmicro M11 suitable for industrial use. The rechargeable battery has an operating life of up to 6 hours. Audible and visual alarms alert the user should any pre set temperature ranges be exceeded.
Hikmicro Viewer App and Analyser Software
The Hikmicro M11 has WiFi and bluetooth connectivity allowing for connectivity to both then Hikmicro Viewer App and Analyser Software. Using the App operators can turn their smart device into a second screen allowing for remote testing to be conducted. Photos and videos can be transferred from camera to devoice and analysed and shared. Reports can be easily generated in real time and transferred to colleagues or customers.
